Discover why SEALs are elite members of an elite team, consistently succeeding at the highest level. Learn about their mindset and the SEAL ethos, then take away invaluable insights to use personally, or with teams and organizations.

 

Quantum of Leadership.

Learn the basics of effective leading and following from a broad spectrum of industries and the US military, including US Navy SEALs. Take those basics to implement and witness change for the better right away.

 

Quantum of Teamwork.

Learn the basics of effective teamwork from the best: US Navy SEALs. Discover what teamwork means to them, and how to apply it to teams and organizations.

 

Quantum of Communication.

Learn the basic of effective communication and how to communicate more effectively. Includes a few simple and highly effective practical exercises to use with teams and organizations.

2. Half Day Elemental Workshops.

These provide essential ‘nuts and bolts’ tools for teams and organizations. Experiential-based component recommended to capitalize on learning and using a US Navy SEAL mindset, along with Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, and Character skills acquisition.

Effective Leadership Principles and Practice.

Explore the sound and timeless fundamentals of quintessential leadership that work anytime, anywhere. Take and apply them personally and professionally right away.

 

Effective Teamwork Principles and Practice.

Learn and take away the essential elements of teamwork that embody the core capability of US Navy SEALs. Includes practical, with light to moderate physical activity, to identify and build upon team skills and attributes.

 

Effective Communication Principles and Practice.

Learn the multiple types of effective communication. Perform practical exercises that clarify, simplify, and solidify excellent communication skills at work and elsewhere.

 

Character and Ethos Principles, Development & Practice.

Review principles and various examples of Ethos statements, including the US Navy SEAL Ethos. Using examples and templates, develop a relevant ethos or mission statement to use for individuals, teams, and organizations.

 

3. Full Day Mission Essential Workshops.

Along with providing essential ‘nuts and bolts’ tools and techniques for individuals, teams, and organizations, these present scenarios that compel groups to think and act quickly to overcome challenges with speed, dexterity, and success. Up to half the day may include experiential-based learning to capitalize acquisition and use of our US Navy SEAL mindset, along with Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, and Character skills acquisition.

Introduction to ‘Ranger School’ Leadership.

The most physically and mentally demanding leadership course in the world, Ranger School’s ‘leadership under fire’ curriculum and pace compel attendees to lead and follow now or fall behind and fail. This workshop provides the tools and techniques Rangers – and anyone – can use to lead and succeed.

 

4. Multi-Day Elemental Edge Camps.

Multi-day, customized camps with classroom presentation and discussion, combined with experiential-based learning to hammer home teachable moments that last a lifetime. Practical exercises are carefully and safely crafted for attendees to step outside boxes and think unconventionally as a tight and cohesive team. They incorporate all EET principles along with other key areas to address. Graduates leave with a large toolbox of highly effective tools for personal and professional use.

 

Executive ‘Ranger School.’

Recommended for first-level managers. This is full on ‘leadership under fire’ training with little to no rest. Involves a modified sleep schedule, light-to-rigorous exercise, learning and applying newly acquired skills rapidly, and performing ‘moderate risk’ day and nighttime team evolutions that are closely moderated and supervised. Attendees ‘graduate’ with sound foundational skills for first-level management positions.

 

Executive ‘SEAL Mini-Hell Week.’

Recommended for mid-level managers. ‘Hell Week’ is the defining event of Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training: several consecutive days of extreme physical and mental duress with almost no sleep while continuously cold and wet. Experience EET’s Mini-Hell Week, learning to ‘embrace the suck’ with a tight and cohesive team that must adapt and overcome constant challenges successfully, no matter what. Involves a significantly modified sleep schedule, light-to-rigorous exercise, learning and applying newly acquired skills rapidly, and performing ‘moderate-to-high risk’ day and nighttime team evolutions that are closely moderated and supervised. Attendees ‘graduate’ with exceptional skills that are transformational and make them sought out for mid-level management positions.

 

Executive ‘Full Mission Profile’ Training.

Recommended for aspiring upper level managers. The ultimate in customized, rapid fire, experiential-based training. We issue a Warning Order: A crisis-based directive that initiates the development and evaluation of courses of action to resolve the crisis. With close supervision, attendees form teams and develop a full mission profile in which they plan, practice, and execute a mission to resolve the crisis successfully. Involves a modified sleep schedule, light-to-rigorous exercise, learning and applying newly acquired skills rapidly, and performing ‘moderate-to-high risk’ day and nighttime team evolutions that are closely moderated and supervised. Attendees ‘graduate’ with all the essential attributes to thrive in upper level management positions anytime, anywhere.

 

5. Executive and Coach Retreats.

Recommended for those in mid-to-upper level positions, and those wishing to better mentor subordinates and prepare successors for their new roles. Designed to reboot and refill the cup with meaningful dialogue, interaction, and activities, in unique settings and with seasoned special operators.

6. High Performance Training Camps.

Recommended for those seeking comprehensive self-assessments who also desire to achieve at high functioning levels across a wide spectrum. These camps address the following.

• Physical skills: breath work and breathing, range of motion/flexibility, coordination and balance, proprioception and kinesthetic awareness, strength, explosive power, and endurance.

• Mental skills: resilience, outlook, social intuition, self-awareness, sensitivity to context, and attention.

• Technical skills: use of the five senses, use of the ‘other’ senses, spatial awareness, dexterity, ability to follow simple and detailed instructions, laterality, and directionality.

 

7. Special Operations Assessments.

Like High Performance Training Camps but recommended for those who want to serve our nation in Special Operations. Identifies and distinguishes the skill sets and attributes for each SPEC OPS job. Tests baseline knowledge, skills, and abilities to determine ‘best fit’ choices, then provides a roadmap to prepare for success.
